Academic & Athletics Facility Concept

Glavé & Holmes is providing programming and conceptual design services for a new academic and athletics facility on the recently established Pepper Pike campus. The proposed buildings will include 27 classrooms, a gymnasium, dining hall and a variety of support spaces to serve both educational, student life and athletic functions.

The design required an update to the previously completed master plan, in order to work around existing structures which needed to be renovated to provide additional classrooms to support the school’s accelerated growth.  The revised campus plan expanded the central green while separating and enhancing both pedestrian and vehicular circulation patterns. The project reflects a thoughtful approach to growth, ensuring that new construction integrates seamlessly with the historic Tudor style architectural character of the  Pepper Pike campus.
