Dorm Concept

The proposed dormitory at Virginia Episcopal School adds 24 student beds and two faculty apartments to support the school’s growth and enhance residential life.  Located near existing dorms on the north end of campus, the building features shared common areas, outdoor porches, and a new student gathering space that promotes community and wellness.

Designed with timeless character and practical flexibility, the new dorm integrates seamlessly into the campus fabric, while also improving circulation and offering added faculty oversight through the adjacent North Promenade.
